Objective

    The Scholarship aids meritorious students who wish to pursue Graduate Studies, to ensure their access towards quality education and enable them towards the path of a sustainable career.

    The Scholarship of the qualified Veena-Upendra Scholar will be renewed every year (until completion of course) once qualified existing candidates fulfils all the eligibility criteria of renewal.


What Is Included?

    Veena-Upendra Scholarship will offer scholarship amount as per the following rates.

    The scholarship is tenable only for students with a domicile of Bihar state.

Academic Year:

    2022-2023.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Student must be a resident of Bihar
  • Student's family Annual income must be less than 1.5 lacs.
  • Must be a student of 12th Class (2021-2022 Batch)
  • Student secures at least 70% marks in the 12th Class Board exams (2022-2023 Batch)

  • Step 5: Document Verification

Selection

  • Should qualify the eligible academic, need & socio- economic criteria.
  • All the academic documents should be True.
  • The selection committee will review the applications and select the deserving candidate for the scholarship.

    • Preference will be given to girls and to vulnerable category students from rural, economically weak background.

    IMPORTANT: The scholarship will be given only to students who have confirmed admissions to any of the govt. recognized academic institutions.

Selection Updates and Timelines

    For the Academic year 2022-2023 Veena-Upendra Scholarship, students who have been selected will receive a call and/or email for the further rounds.
